Through mutual understanding and public awareness, I aim to consider and improve evacuation strategies during disasters, regardless of whether individuals have disabilities. In particular, this study includes children and people with disabilities who tend to be more vulnerable during disasters. It also takes into account individuals whose difficulties are exacerbated by the complex interplay of social systems, environmental conditions, and local cultural factors.In addition, this study seeks to cultivate a mutually supportive social environment in which individuals are not merely confined to voicing their challenges, but are also encouraged to communicate their capabilities and contributions. In my capacity as a Certified Public Psychologist, I strive to promote an inclusive environment where information accessibility for individuals with hearing disabilities is secured, and psychological safety is upheld for everyone.
